Understanding the Tarot Through a Trauma-Informed Lens
A 10-week journey into what the cards can teach us about the nervous system, survival, healing, and the human experience.
We’ll move through the Major Arcana as a journey of transformation, while also exploring the Minor Arcana and the four suits—not simply as predictions, but as different expressions of our internal world.
We’ll explore the cards through three interconnected lines:
