• 45 minutes ($149) — Perfect for a focused case consult, a single sticking point, or ongoing check-ins once we have rhythm together.

• 60 minutes ($175) — My most-requested format. Room to bring a case, work it through, and walk away with clarity and a clear next step.

• 90 minutes ($199) — For complex cases, dissociation work, layered trauma presentations, EMDR/Sandplay deep-dives, or when you want supervision plus business or scope mentorship in the same session. (This is the best value per minute, by design.)

 

Hourly professional packages are also available for clinicians and coaches who want ongoing supervision at a discount.
