About IADC

Grief doesn't have a timeline.

Whether your loss happened last month or twenty years ago, the ache of missing someone you love can stay with you — quietly shaping your days, your sleep, your sense of yourself.

There's a different way through it.

IADC (Induced After-Death Communication) Therapy is a clinically developed grief healing approach — a gentle modification of EMDR — that helps soften the deep sadness beneath your grief and creates space for a profound sense of reconnection with your loved one.

Around 70–75% of clients report experiencing that reconnection. Nearly all report significant relief from grief, guilt, and sadness.

What you'll need to begin:

  •  An open heart and willingness to feel

  • Someone you're grieving — spouse, parent, child, sibling, friend, or pet

  •  Comfortable clothing & tissues

  •  A photo or meaningful item (optional)

  •  Time to rest afterward to let the healing settle in

  • No special beliefs required. No years of weekly therapy. Just a clinically supported pathway to peace.
